Air conditioning as a necessity

The air conditioning of industrial spaces with the need to keep the doors open in summer. This is due to the activity that takes place in them, it is a growing need.

At the same time, it is very important to make it to total renewal of indoor air in a sustainable way, with a saving in electricity consumption of 85% compared to conventional systems by direct expansion.

The solution is the installation of adiabatic air conditioning, but it is also necessary to save the maximum available water resources. In this way, we were able to solve the problems of heat and indoor pollution in the summer months in industrial buildings, made with this technology.

At Green Eco, aware of the importance of all this, we have developed a two-stage adiabatic technology that also has the possibility of hybridizing with other air conditioning technologies, and that solves all these needs.

This new technology breaks with all the limits that evaporative technology had until now:

  • IndiCool units have an energy efficiency of 130% with respect to the humid outside air temperature. Evaporative systems around 85%. With outdoor air conditions of 38°C & 20% Relative Humidity, an evaporative blows the air at 22.5°C, while an IndiCool unit blows the air at 18.9°C.
  • They consume 43% less water than evaporative equipment.
  • It has 98% more cooling capacity than an evaporative. With outdoor air conditions of 38°C & 20% RH, an evaporative blows the air at 22.5°C, while an IndiCool unit blows it at 18.9°C.
  • The air is ionized, which prevents the possibility of propelling viruses or batteries into the interior, eliminating those in the ship.
  • They can provide heating.
  • F8 filters can be incorporated. As standard, they are equipped with G4 efficiency.
  • Very complete control system, with adiabatic panel drying cycle, implementation of 3 or 4 (depending on the model), adiabatic technologies that scale and de-scale depending on outside air conditions, filter clogging alarm, and many more.
  • Our equipment is manufactured in Spain.
